Loft Extension, Romford

DSB Designs undertook a full survey and design for re-pitch of the roof to form rooms in loft space, as well as internal alterations and an extension to the rear of the property. We successfully applied for planning approval in a conservation area, sought building control approval and created pre-construction drawings.
