Major Renovation and Extension, Grays

DSB Property Designs worked on this major alteration and extension project, updating a tired 1970’s building to a modern, contemporary home with external gym and games room facilities.

We prepared draft scheme for client approval, created final design and submitted detailed construction plans and successfully sought building control approval. We also obtained consent for new drive way access and a new front wall.
